We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within [1–2 business days] after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote Locations: May take up to 10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, lockdowns, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via SMS or email. You can track your order status anytime on our website.

6. Packaging

All products are packed with care using tamper-proof and eco-friendly packaging materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or marked as delivered but not received:

• Please contact our customer support within 24 hours.
• We will coordinate with the delivery partner and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

8. Address & Contact Details

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

9. Undelivered or Rejected Orders

If an order is returned due to customer's unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept:

• We may deduct shipping and return costs before issuing a refund (if applicable).
• Re-shipping will be done only after confirmation and advance payment (if needed).
